Super Shopper Club
Terms and Conditions:

  1. Memberships are $25 per individual or $40 for a family - "family" is defined as people living within the same household at the same address associated with the membership.
  2. Memberships are not refundable, not retroactive, and cannot be used along with any other discount or membership.
  3. Membership may be purchased with cash, check or credit card or online via Paypal.
  4. Membership begins on the day the membership is purchased and will continue until one year from the last day of the calendar month in which the Membership was purchased.
  5. Individual memberships may be upgraded to Family memberships for an additional $15. Expiration date remains the same as the date the Individual Membership would have expired.
  6. Exclusions - items that do not qualify for the member discount:
    • Any merchandise for which we do not receive the normal industry trade discount given to retail bookstores
    • Burry Bookstore Gift Cards
    • Tickets for Events Hosted or Co-Hosted by Burry Bookstore
    • Imprinting Services
    • Special Orders for which we receive less than the normal trade discount
    • Consignment merchandise - we do not have an agreement with those artists and/or authors to sell their product at a discount
    • Lay Away Purchases
    • Online purchases made at www.burrybookstore.com
    • Shipping fees
  7. Bibles, special orders, and stationery and invitation orders fall under the 10% discount category as long as we receive our normal trade discount on these items.
  8. The fee for the Super Shopper Club may change at any time, but is applicable only to new and renewal Memberships.
  9. We may terminate any or all of the benefits available under the Super Shopper Club Program at any time with or without notice. In the event of our termination of the Super Shopper Club Program, at our election we will either maintain your Membership benefits until expiration of the Membership current term or refund each Member a pro rata portion of the Membership fee for the remaining portion of the current Membership term.
